Drone and helicopter footage showed at least four multi-storey residential and commercial buildings in La Guaira either partially or fully collapsed, with debris blocking major access roads. Local authorities confirmed at least 12 injuries, most from falling debris during evacuations, though no fatalities had been reported as of Wednesday evening.
