Auditing & Accreditation Renewal <\/h2>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Maintaining the quality and standards of\naccredited institutions is a priority at the Scandic Institute of Professional\nand Academic Development (SIPAD). To ensure ongoing compliance and continuous\nimprovement, we have established procedures for periodic auditing and the\nannual renewal of SIPAD accreditation.

  1. \n <\/span>\n Periodic\nAuditing
    \n
    \n <\/span>a.\nDocumentation Review: Prior to the audit, accredited institutions are required\nto submit updated documentation, including reports, policies, and evidence of\ncompliance with SIPAD standards.
    \n
    b. On-Site Visit: SIPAD conducts on-site\nvisits to accredited institutions to assess their compliance with accreditation\nstandards. During the visit, evaluators interact with faculty, staff, students,\nand stakeholders, review facilities, and evaluate the institution's overall\nperformance.

     c.\nEvaluation and Analysis: The information and observations gathered during the\non-site visit are carefully evaluated by SIPAD evaluators. They assess the\ninstitution's compliance with accreditation standards, identify strengths, and\nhighlight areas that require improvement.

    d.\nAudit Report: A comprehensive audit report is compiled, which includes\nfindings, recommendations, and areas that need attention or further\ndevelopment. The report is shared with the institution for review and response.

  2. \n Annual\nRenewal of SIPAD Accreditation
    \n <\/span>\n
    a.\nProgress Evaluation: Accredited institutions are required to demonstrate\nprogress and improvements based on the recommendations provided in the audit\nreport. They need to provide evidence of implementing corrective actions and\ncontinuously enhancing the quality.

    b.\nDocumentation Update: Institutions submit updated documentation, reports, and\nevidence of improvements to demonstrate their continued compliance with SIPAD\nstandards.
    \n
    c.\nReview and Decision: SIPAD evaluators review the submitted documentation and\nassess the institution's progress. A decision regarding the renewal of accreditation\nis made based on the evaluation. If the institution meets the required\ncriteria, the accreditation is renewed for a specified period.

    d.\nFollow-up Audits: In some cases, follow-up audits may be conducted to verify\nthe implementation of corrective actions and assess the institution's ongoing\ncompliance with accreditation standards.
